Thank you. If you purchased one of our downloadable products, it will be emailed to you shortly. Please be sure to add LaserCenter@comcast.net to your approved senders list. A download link and password will be included in the email. To download the product, right click on the link in your email and select ‘save’ from the menu (ctrl click on the Mac). This will save the file to your local computer so that it’s available to you offline.

You will find contact information on the exam answer page. When you have finished the course you can email, fax, or mail your answers using the contact information from the exam answer page. LaserBlazers will email your certificate of completion to you and enter your hours into CEBroker. Remember to include your EO_____ license number!

Common Problems:

1. I clicked on the link in my email but all I see is a blank gray screen. What now?
   • You may be using Google Chrome. Try using another browser, or try right clicking on the link in the email and choosing save from the menu that appears (ctrl click for Mac).
2. I successfully completed my order but I never received an email. What now?
   • The email may not have arrived yet. Allow 5 – 10 minutes for delivery.
   • If you still don’t see the email, check your junk (spam) folder. The message will be from LaserCenter@comcast.net.
   • If you’re using an email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mac Mail, your message may be quarantined on your mail server. You’ll need to talk to your system administrator / computer guru to find out.
   • Your email address on file with Paypal may be wrong (have you changed your email address since you first signed up for Paypal). Check your Paypal account (if you have one).
